Doleromorpha porphyria
This is Tineidae: Doleromorpha porphyria. The genus name means "deceptive form," so named because, as was observed in its original description by Braun 1930 (Transactions of the American Entomological Society 56: 16), the "form of the cell of the fore wing and position of R2 and the branches of Cu1 suggest Incurvariid affinities, but the wings are not aculeate." It might be added that, on external appearance, this moth resembles our eastern micropterigid, Epimartyria auricrinella, but when examined structurally, D. porphyria clearly resolves as a tineid, as opposed to something more primitive.
