This is one of 2 photos of this dragonfly. I believe it to be a Great Blue Skimmer. As well, I performed a meticulous analysis of the wing-pattern, and I am nearly certain that this is the same exact insect as my other post with the orange tail. I can point out all the places on the wing that match exactly between the two. As well, it perched in the same spot on the same pole both weeks.
