Eggs on a white oak leaf - Maybe Corythucha arcuata (Oak Lace Bug)

Eggs on a white oak leaf - Maybe Corythucha arcuata (Oak Lace Bug)
Camp Creek Run, Marlton, Burlington County, New Jersey, USA
July 13, 2011

Assassin eggs?
