Not somatochlora
There is too much color in the abdomen and not enough in the thorax (thoracic stripes) to be Somatochlora-- Also, Somatochlora tend to have rather long ovipositors and your close up shows a very small one.

After looking up the Petite emerald,(Dorocordulia lepida-- I agree with Ben that this is likely what this specimen is.

Is this emerald posed? If so, perhaps you have in the hand photos you could add? A closeup of the tip of the abdomen would be very useful in particular.
