Moth - Marimatha squala

Moth - Marimatha squala
Tucson, Pima County, Arizona, USA
July 15, 2011
Size: forewing length 9 mm
One of the new species (M. piscimala, quadrata,, squala) described in Ferris and Lafontaine's 2010 article. My guess is M. squala as dorsal hindwing is medium fuscous, whereas in M. piscimala the HW is described as pale fuscous and in M. quadrata it is pale yellow. However, does this moth have brown forelegs like quadrata? Will post pinned photo when dried.

Moved from Marimatha.

Marimatha squala - Hodges #9044.1 is descibed as having yellow forelegs that are flecked with brown scaling, and the ground color of these legs appears to be yellow. Marimatha quadrata has all dark brown legs.
Did you get a pinned photo yet?

For what it is worth ....
I added the pinned photos. I butchered this one badly by not getting the pin in square to the body. I have since learned that this also accounted for my inability to get the wings positioned they way I wanted without causing a lot of damage. I can't determine the leg color from what I have here. What do you think?

leg color
ground color of these legs appears to be yellow and speckled with brown from this photo.

Pinning is not easy! ....but you will get better at it with practice.
