Bee Stuck On Milkweed -

This bee appeared to get "stuck" for a while on my swamp milkweed. Is that even possible?

I have seen different kinds of insects trapped on milkweed flowers and sometimes a leg without an insect! Tricky flower, but I don't think that this serves any purpose.
