Barn Spider? - Neoscona crucifera

Barn Spider? - Neoscona crucifera
Wichita, Kansas, USA
Image taken late summer/early fall last year. Large spider who came out at night. Is this a Barn spider? Thank you for your help.

This
reminds me of a Neoscona.

Thank you...
...for your help with this. So far I'm batting zero for zero on my efforts to identify spiders. Hopefully I'll get better. I'll keep trying. Appreciate your help.

You
are welcome. It is often hard to do so, and I have trouble, too. Many spider images on the guide can't be IDed past family or genus. Some don't even make it to the family level!
