This is not bella, but if you would be willing to send me the specimen, I can try and put a name on it for you. I'm studying the bioacoustics and phylogenetics of Okanagana and material from the Great Basin is always appreciated. There are some odd things in Utah I'd need to check this against: sugdeni, georgi etc. From a glance, I'd say it's closer to a utahensis.

O. bella perhaps (?)
Okanagana species are often difficult to id, unless you have the specimen in hand. Based on the images in this guide and comparisons, I suspect this Okanagana bella.
