Blue flier - Caenochrysis

Blue flier - Caenochrysis
Niagara, Ontario, Canada
July 17, 2011
Size: approx 2mm
It was on my honeysuckle plant at the side of the shed. Sort of a neon powder blue with green tones, quite pretty!

This is Caenochrysis, three tooth at the end of metasoma leave no other possibilities. It is either C. carinata or C. tridens but to say which one I need to see the ventral side of the abdomen.
