apologies for the odd pics, but I was hoping to know what is going on here...
It would seem that a milkweed bug and 2-3 other smaller bugs are eating this dead Bumble bee?

Carnivorous sometimes
We have a couple of images of these bugs feeding on other insects, including one on the info page to illustrate this habit.

this is certainly an interesting scene...
...that speaks volumes about heteropteran ways, so i'd rather keep the pix in the guide; btw, that other bug seems to be
