Definitely Cerotainia
Either impressively egg laden or it has just drained an adult dragonfly.

 
We don't see anything on the info pages
of the genus or the species describing how to separate them. Should this just be moved to the genus page? The one we photographed seemed to have much more white hair. Does that make this one macrocera?
