Anyone know what this guy is?? - Clogmia albipunctata

This little bug is no bigger than the eraser on a pencil. Maybe not even that big. When you squish it, it turns to a powder like substance.

Thank you for the information. But, I wasn't clear, how do I get these little guys to leave my home? Do I have them because I don't clean well enough???? I always thought I did a good job in that area.

Do they carry diseases?????

Not an expert
But I find that their larvae eat the gunk that grows inside sink drains. (That brown slime that lines the drain pipe)
