My guess is teneral Odontotaenius disjunctus; larva may be in upper left hand corner of this photo

Found under rotten logs in mixed forest habitat,while herping in Dougherty County, southwest Georgia.

Thanks Brad. Kind of a dumb question, but what boxes should I check at the bottom: adult (?) (I guess I would call these two teneral adults, but not sure since the larvae is in this first photo.

 
Adults
The adults are most visible in these photos. Teneral individuals are still adults, although just recently emerged.
