Diogmites - Diogmites properans - male - female

Diogmites - Diogmites properans - Male Female
Radium Springs, Dougherty County, Georgia, USA
July 24, 2011
I am leaning towards Diogmites properans.

First located the pair on the ground while they were mating. Then photographed one individual (last 2 photos) after they naturally split up (without any interference). This location was within 20 meters of a small river.
