Tibicen resh
Due to similarity in appearance, T. resh is frequently confused with Tibicen pronotalis and T. dealbatus.

Occasionally confused with T. pruinosus and T. auletes

Pretty sure it's Tibicen resh, with the "Z" in the wings, but I'm not an expert.
