The angle of the nervellus of the hindwing appears to be "postfurcal" (with the end that joins vein M+Cu farther from the wing base than the end that joins vein 1A) and it is "vertical" in
crassipes
. In addition,
crassipes
has a more northerly range, and
texana
a more southerly one.
