not a bumblebee? - Andrena - Female

I saw many of these bees throughout April and May at several different locations. They resemble bumblebees but I don't think that's what they are. The antennae are too long and there isn't any fuzz on the abdomen. They are also smaller than bumblebees.

or less likely A. regularis
