Meadow Katydids (Conocephalini)
Definitely a male, not sure which genus. Hopefully someone will be able to get you closer to an id.

 
Oops
After seeing David's id, I zoomed in on the photo, and realize that what I thought was part of her hind leg is actually her ovipositor. I was mistaken about this being a male. I'm glad that David has sharp eyes :)
