Belted whiteface
female belted have a lateral yellow spot on S4 as does yours. Crimson-winged does not have this spot.

Leucorrhinia sp
It is certainly a member of the whiteface genus, though unfortunately you cannot see the main id features required for a 100% positive identification ie: subgenital plate and wing venation. You do have the right idea in that this would be either a Belted or a Crimson-ringed female.
