I am pretty sure this is a Bembidion....

probably B. lacunarium
Probably Bembidion lacunarium. If it has microsculpture on the elytra, that's what it is. It is less likely that it is B. texanum (without elytral microsculpture).

 
hm...can't really check
at the moment...I will just go with lacunarium then>.
