Aphonopelma spiderling? - Aphonopelma chalcodes

Aphonopelma spiderling? - Aphonopelma chalcodes
Tucson, Rincon Foothills, Pima County, Arizona, USA
July 29, 2011
Size: ~1.5cm
I believe this is a pretty young tarantula. Does anyone with rearing experience have an age estimate? Found not far from the burrow of a reproductively active female that I believe is a Desert Blonde.

Gorgeous shot! I can't estimate the age, though, sorry. Just wanted to comment on the image. :-)
