Poor image except for the clear outline of the pronotum, which is needed for ID work.

This doesn't look like a Silvanus, rather more like Silvanoprus angusticollis. The third tarsomere is prolonged as a single lobe and extends noticeably beyond the fourth in Silvanoprus, which is an Old World genus with two species introduced into North America. The color pattern may be because the individual hasn't fully darkened.

 
There is a Silvan*us plan*atus
listed for NH. I see Stephen Creswell has an image posted but the outline is not very clear to me. This one seemed to me to differ from angusti*collis in that the pronotum did not widen sufficiently in the mid-portion, at least compared to your example.
