Another Jumper - Phidippus

Another Jumper - Phidippus
Encino, Los Angeles County, California, USA
June 3, 2006
Size: 1/4 inch
When I first spotted this, I thought, "What's a Habronattus schlingeri doing 4 feet off the ground?" When I looked at it at full magnification, I could see the markings are different, and there are no third-leg ornaments. It doesn't look like Sassacus vitis, either- what is it?

On Gray-dentate Lavender (Lavandula dentata candicans)in my front yard. Late afternoon
