Big-legged bruchid
The enlarged hind metafemur leaves only two possible genera, Caryobruchus or Caryedon. Each genus is monotypic in North America, Caryobruchus gleditsiae and Caryedon serratus. Both occur in Florida.

Based on a similar specimen I have collected, I believe this is Caryobruchus gleditsiae, which feeds on cabbage palmetto seeds.
