I am trying to get my Iridopsises right: Looking at the BugGuide images I stumbled over yours: I would call it Iridopsis defectaria if it were my image, but I am not an expert.

 
Humaria?
And I would call it humaria probably. Though it's hard to be certain due to the condition. This one might be better left at the genus page.
