Two waist segments, and the solid pronotum and mesonotum identify the subfamily as Myrmicinae. The 10 segmented antenna with 2 apical clubs identifies it as Solenopsis.

I should elaborate on "solid
I should elaborate on "solid pronotum and mesonotum." I mean to say the two are fused together. There's no flexibility between them. This is a very common subfamily though so you'll see that a lot more than not.
