Hi Terry-

This is an Ephemera guttulata female imago, and the very first of its species for the guide. Excellent find.

no wonder neither of the BG spp. looked like a match to me

she lost her caudal filaments ('tails'), but hope our experts give us a sp. name; nice crisp image, too.
