Perhaps,
but mine was very slender, and rather small bodied, and pale yellow. There were usually at least two near each other, one smaller than the other and each with its own web. I have seen several the past few days.

I do trust Lynette- she has identified several spiders and other crits for me. I just wanted to point out a few differences that I had observed in the field.

 
well... don't trust too much
I certainly make mistakes... esp. when I get too busy and too confident. =] If you really want to be sure on the ID, post some dorsal images.

 
I'll go back
to the webs and try for dorsals. I'll still have plenty of trust in your judgement, Lynette, but I know that my photos are often blurs and do not show all details well:O)
