Orconectes
Confirmed ID as species Orconectes virilis (juvenile) after reviewing original full size image via email correspondence.

ID based on location plus appearance of rostrum/acumen (with marginal spines), presence of cervical spines, chelae and open areola.

You don't happen to have any other photos of an up close view of the carapace/rostrum do you? I can't quite tell if there are marginal spines at the base of the acumen or not.
