Size: Body Length ~ 2.5 cm
Hmmm...straight out of the Ol' Mississippi River. Could this specimen be an example of a Common Burrowing Mayfly?

Hexagenia
Yes Carl, it's a Hexagenia male subimago, probably H. limbata.
