John, I think it looks just like the C. indus I previously posted. The eve pattern seems to be a good match as well as the rest of the fly. These are really similar, and I could be wrong.

What do you think about C. striatus?
To me it looks like striatus, a little more than indus. The wing cell that's pointed out in the key is clear like the one in striatus.
