tiny mantis-like wasp?

Size: 3 mm
First pair of legs look like Popeye. Appeared to have no wings.

Looks like an ant-mimicking pincher wasp or other dryinid

Thank you for pointing me to the right subfamily. Mine looked very much like this one. What a fascinating creature! The pincers are just bonkers.
