Legend to the columns:
A/B = Genus/species
C/D = date and place of first introduction
E/F = date and place of any subsequent introduction
G/H = same, if a third introduction (e.g., on east/west coast, Gulf coast)
I = remarks: host, pest/rarity status, range
J = source of infestation
K = family
L = notes
M = area of introduction (use for sorting by country of interest)
N = photo (or drawing) available?
