Small brown spider, white rear - Mastophora
Gaithersburg, Montgomery County, Maryland, USA

Size: 1/2 inch
This was found outdoors, walking round a table. I didn't see it jump, nor an obvious web. When I blew on it, it secured itself with a thread. Its defense was to curl up and play dead.
