ID error
Jens Prena is the authority on Baridinae and I thank him for correcting my error. His ID as (Barilepton sp probably new) is correct and required his expertise to see this from a photo, even one as good as these.

Apinosis saccharidus (Barber) A highly varible species, from Panama and S. Am. I have it in large numberrs from southern and northern FL. I believe Texas is a new state record as are my FL specimens. The density and pattern of scales is especially variable in this species. If in doubt check with Dr. Jens Prena.
