Sarcophagidae
Maybe genus Sarcophaga itself, but I cannot be conclusive. Like closely related Tachinids, Sarcophagids have often such strong setae on their abdomen. However, overall habitus is different.

you see the spines in the back of the abdomen of the fly?
i think that makes it a Tachinid
