Size: Roughly 1.5cm body
Found this spider in Kirkland on the edge of a wetland with a lot of other spiders. It was on a wall and I could not find the web.

After some looking I think it may be a Mesh Web Weaver, still looking for genus and possible species to research further.

Araneus
It looks more like Araneus to me. I was just looking at them today because I had one I thought resembled a green lynx spider that wound up being Araneus.
