Explanation of Names
Was formerly known as subspecies barryi K. Johnson 1976, but there was confusion regarding the type locality of that subspecies. Originally it was stated as from Union County Oregon, but is now cited as Union Mills, Clackamas County, Oregon; making the name barryi a synonym of the name plicataria K. Johnson 1976.
Range
Eastward from the Cascades in the s. Columbia Basin in se. British Columbia, e. Washington, and e. Oregon. Divisions from surrounding subspecies are not clearly defined and are somewhat geographically nebulous.
