Eastern Forktail? - Ischnura posita

Eastern Forktail? - Ischnura posita
Sewanee, Franklin County, Tennessee, USA
August 14, 2011
I saw several of these morning. In looking through Bugguide, I discovered that some pictures of the Eastern Forktail seem to match. Am I right? Thanks in advance for your help!

Moved from ID Request.

Looks like we can see the
exclamation points !! on the back of the thorax suggesting this might be rather Ischnura posita.

Thanks!
The other Fragile Forktails I've seen were so green that I thought this another kind. Thanks again for your help -- for your immediate help, I should say.
