I suspect likely Pseudopostega genus

Superfamily Nepticuloidea
This superfamily has the enlarged basal antenna segment (scape) that forms a cap over the eye like yours. I don't find any species matches here or at the Moth Photographers Group, however. Maybe someone smarter will come along (the odds are good!)
