Xylotrechus albonatus? - Xylotrechus albonotatus

Xylotrechus albonatus? - Xylotrechus albonotatus
South Lake Tahoe - in the Angora Burn, El Dorado County, California, USA
July 17, 2011
I saw quite a few of these in 2009-2010, following a major forest fire there in July 2007. They seemed to peak in 2009. Lots of fir (Abies) in the mix. They all seem to be more boldly marked than other images I've seen.
