Dragonfly nymph

Size: 20mm
Netted from the grasses at the edge of the Nashua River. Is this an Emerald or a Skimmer nymph?
It looks almost ready to eclose, so I took it home to hopefully find out what it turns out to be.

Libellulidae
Haven't paid too much attention to common names, but suspect this means "skimmer" nymph.

With those yellow spots
down each side of the abdomen, I'd bet this is a Common Whitetail (L. lydia).

on S9 rule out lydia.
