Five or six of these have been visiting our garlic chives since early August. They are there intermittently from 7AM to 7PM. The time they spend on a flower varies widely. It can be as short as half a second, as long as 20 seconds. Habitat is an apartment roof deck with planter boxes, altitude 210 feet. This photo taken at 11:48AM.
