Phidippus audax
This is an adult male P. audax. It's one of the bryantae color forms. It is a native species to your area.

Jumping Spider
This is a jumping spider and I believe the genus is Phiddipus. You're right, they are cuteā€”have interesting behaviors too. Can't comment on whether it came in with a shipment, but certainly there would be a number of different species of jumping spider living in your area.
