Wolf Spider ?
Allocosa sp.? I don't think that white mark is part of the spider... is it some sort of web or something left over from a molt?

I went back and looked at the white line in a larger picture and I'm sure you're right. It seems to be a divider between layers of skin. Maybe the back part (which seems more worn) didn't seperate during the last moult.
