I agree with Eric, this is Chrysis angolensis.

Very nice.
Very nice images. Was this specimen fairly sizeable? The dark wings suggest this is a specimen of Chrysis angolensis, one of the largest species in our fauna. They are parasites of mud daubers, and no doubt arrived on this continent inside a mud dauber nest on board a transatlantic ship.
