Is it Mutualism or Just Happenstance - Pisaurina mira

Is it Mutualism or Just Happenstance - Pisaurina mira
Loudonville, Ashland County, Ohio, USA
August 23, 2011
While photographing the bag worm - I noticed the spider staying very close. Just a coincidence or is something going on here? Is the spider " Pisaurina" ? Thanks.
