I am definitely leaning towards Oc. triseriatus.

info for this one
sometimes these mosquitos are called the eastern treehole mosquitos because the larvae live in temporary tree holes.

legs and proboscis are completely darkscaled. the abdomen is mainly dark scaled with only the margins of the last four segments with pale patches. overwinters as an egg, multivoltine.

gets blood from mammals birds and reptiles
