Cicindela scutellaris unicolor - Cicindela scutellaris

Cicindela scutellaris unicolor - Cicindela scutellaris
Juno Dunes Natural Area, Palm Beach County, Florida, USA
August 27, 2011
Size: 10mm
In oak scrub on sand around 9 AM. Flew effortlessly in short bursts. I don't see well but I could clearly see the deep metallic blue from several feet away. I think it is a Cicindela sp. I don't see any spots or markings in the photo.

Moved from ID Request.

Looks like Cicindela scutellaris unicolor
I have found them in Ocala National Forest. Some were blue like yours and others were more green or more purple.
