Helvibotys helvialis?
Lacks dark red bordering outer margins of Neohelvibotys neohelvialis and st. band of similar Hahncappsia spp. but see comments here and here.

Do you recommend moving it to H. helvialis? Or back to subfamily?

Dr. Scholtens responded here that he agrees with my understanding as far as it goes but adds to it. The bottom line is we can't be sure. I also see now that the terminal area of your example may be worn like the Vargo image at MPG. You can leave it here for now and we'll sort it out better over time. We may make a no-taxon H. helvialis or N. neohelvialis page.

I Recommend Waiting
Let's see if we can't get an expert to weigh in on this before we bounce these images around.
